Job Description
This position requires selling adhesive products to Gorilla Glue customers via telephone to assist the field sales organization in meeting and exceeding the sales and growth goals as determined by sales management. The position requires a high degree of organization and communication skills. The position must provide coverage and develop the best possible market penetration to existing and prospective accounts in an assigned territory through the use of telemarketing, letters, faxes, and other company resources. Expectation is to meet and exceed sales and call goals.
Duties
· Assist field sales in maximizing growth in sales revenue and profit by; identifying new business opportunities within specified territories, maintaining current business in existing accounts while successfully identifying new business opportunities within those accounts
· Maximize the number of sales phone calls per day as determined by management (approximately 100)
· Communicates with distribution partners to secure business
· Analyze customer needs and formulate solutions by utilizing all available resources.
· Follow-up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
· Utilize computer software system in order to maintain up to date customer and territory records in accordance with company policy and procedure
· Participate and cooperate in interdepartmental projects as requested by management
· Other duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
Education:
· A minimum of five years telemarketing or sales experience required.
· College Degree Preferred

· Must possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
· Should be goal oriented, confident, outgoing, able to work well under pressure and succeed within a competitive environment.
· Demonstrate good judgment.
· Must be able to work independently and demonstrate effective initiative.
· Ability to build business relationships with customers.
· Proficiency with Microsoft beneficial.

Physical Demands:
