Bottle half filled? 

 Hello! I assemble and paint many miniatures and never tested Gorilla glue before.

I figured I would give it a try and got myself a bottle of the 'super glue impact tough' when I opened the package  i noticed the bottle was only filled about 40% almost half way. is this how it is suppose to be? not to sound greedy but I paid $5 for a half filled bottle ;(  not a happy introduction to your products.

Hi Adam

Our Gorilla Super Glue bottles are filled to a precise level (15g or 20g by weight, as indicated on the package) to allow for ease in dispensing.  Because our plastic bottles must be thick to prevent air from entering the container and hardening the glue, we cannot fill the bottle to the top, but must allow room for pliability.  We have tested fill levels to the top of the bottle and the result is extreme difficulty in dispensing the product.

We understand your concern and want to assure you that the fill level is not meant to be deceptive.  Our Research and Development team is currently looking at packaging options to address this issue.
