Other Tough Stories:
Humpty Dumpty
I have two young children and it seems that I am always having to fix one of their toys. I use my bottle of Gorilla Glue so often that it never gets put away in the basement with the other glues and has claimed a place on the kitchen shelf. So I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when my four year old, after I told her the story of Humpty Dumpty, responded by saying "Why didn't they just use Gorilla Glue to put him back together?"

Broken Lawn Chair

I placed too much pressure on the arm of a lawn chair made of hard plastic and it broke in half. One chair of an expensive set lost...But Gorilla Glue saved the set! I dampened one side of the break and applied Gorilla Glue to the other side; clamped the assembly for four hours and waited 24 hours for a full cure. It is broken no more--it's like I never had a problem! Your products are unbelievable.
Thanks, J Young.
Windchimes: Now like new!
My wife was on vacation in California and New Mexico. When she went to New Mexico, she bought windchimes for me as a gift, but on the trip back two of the slate rock chimes broke. Well, I was broken-hearted but thought, "Hey, Gorilla Glue to the rescue," and what a job that did. The glue worked very well on stone. These chimes are always clanking and still going strong with the Gorilla fix.

Rake On!

As an avid gardener, I am ALWAYS in the yard doing something. I have a favorite rake, about 8 inches wide, to get in between plants. In the middle of raking up some debris in my garden, the head fell off and not wanting to lose time by going to the hardware store to replace it, I Gorilla Glued it in place. Two years later, I am still using the rake with narry a wiggle...amazing!
